Axiom Neuro is sold as a download, although backup CDs are available for an extra fee. The CD is an add-on product and can't be purchased separately.

Which license do I need? The individual and student licenses are for use on one "private" computer, that is a home or office computer that is mainly used just by yourself. If you want to use Axiom Neuro in a lecture, that's fine, as long as you're running it from your own machine. The only difference between the standard individual license and the student license is price. The individual and student licenses never expire.

The shared/public license is for "public" computers including those in libraries, computer labs or lecture halls where more than one person has access to the program. The shared licenses expire one year after installation and the software will stop working until the license is renewed.

Be sure you have a computer that meets the software requirements.

After purchasing you will receive an e-mail directing you to a download link; be sure you have a fast internet connection since the installation file is about 500 MB. Our tech support page has detailed instructions about downloading and installing the software. There are also instructions in the download e-mail.

The full version of Axiom Neuro requires a registration key to work. The key should be sent in the same e-mail that has the download link. If you do not receive the download/reigstration e-mail within 30 minutes (usually less than five), check your spam folder. If it's not in your spam folder, e-mail us at sales@brainwashedsoftware.com and we will send you the information.

The charge on your credit card bill will be from FS* fsprg.com, not Brainwashed Software.

When you click the "buy now" button you will be taken to fastspring.com, a secure e-commerce website (it looks like this site but is an outside domain) to actually buy the software. In addition to the methods shown on the button, checks and money orders are accepted as well.
